Register your interest to attend Fernlea Community Care's NEW Day Respite Program. Day respite connects members of our commuity, providing social connections with organised weekly activities morning tea and lunch all provided by Fernlea Community Care's staff and volunteers. Available to residents with CHSP funding , HCP and other aged care packages. Fernlea's day respite programs aims to capture community spirit by providing social care to community members with life limiting conditions.
