About the event
Come along to attend Fernlea Community Care's NEW social support program. The social support program connects members of our commuity, providing social connections with organised weekly activities facilitated by Fernlea Community Care's staff and volunteers. Available to residents with CHSP funding , HCP and other aged care packages. The program aims to capture community spirit by providing social care to community members with low needs congnitive conditons. $20 PW *extra costs $25 lunch in the community, $10 picnic lunch.
