About the event
Register your interest to attend Fernlea Community Care's NEW social activity program to be held every Monday beginning in February 2024. This will be a tailored program for people with early diagnosis of dementia or cognitive conditions. The social respite program is held every Monday where you will be that will provided with social support and activities.
