Fernlea's Friendly Faces Program

A warm, professional program tailored for people who have received an early diagnosis of a life changing or life limiting condition.  Fernlea's NEW program offers 10 weekly workshops facilitated by Fernlea Care Professional and guest speakers from local businesses.  Topics will include focus on Memory, Sensory issues, medications and help you find out more about local support networks including navigating the aged care systems and package providers. This program is also suitable for carers and families.
