Staffed by a friendly cohesive and welcoming team of volunteers, the store offers pre-loved and new clothing items, kitchenware, books, artworks, bric-a-brac, collectables, antiques, and sometimes rare and unusual items. All of our items are realistically priced and affordable.
At Fernlea we care about the environment – we recycle clothes, shoes, toys, books, bric-a-brac and other pre-loved items. The way we recycle has many environmental benefits, including reducing landfill and greenhouse gas emissions. Promoting re-use and offering an alternative to a throwaway culture helps to create a sustainable future.
Plus, all profits from the sale of goods stay in the local community and support our community services for people with a life-limiting illness.

Our gift vouchers are available for purchase at

for 12 months to spend on our high-quality
