Tailored services to meet your needs...in your own home

We recognise that most people prefer to be at home, living as independently as possible, even when they aren't well. We also know that carers sometimes need a break or some support.

We tailor our services to your requirements - from as little as one hour to all day, overnight, weekends or 24-hour care; long term or short term, whatever you need - and all without lock-in contracts. Clients may choose  to use in-home care, or a combination of in-home and centre-based day respite, and can increase or decrease their hours with minimal notice, as their needs change.

As part of our model of care, we always try to match our staff to the client's personality, likes and needs. This includes trying to ensure, wherever possible,  that the same staff look after the client on an on-going basis, so that the client has continuity of care and can develop a relationship with that person.

Listed below are the services we can provide in your home. If you have additional needs, please don't hesitate to contact us to see how we can help you.

Nursing

Our caring and professional nurses can come to your home to assist with clinical assessment and review, medications management and wound care, among other things.

Personal Care

Our Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) hold nationally-recognised qualifications and are medications-endorsed, meaning they can dispense topical creams, eye drops and medications from a Webster pack. They are also experienced in caring for people with life-limiting illness, acute and chronic conditions, including dementia. They can assist with showering, dressing, grooming, feeding, meal preparation and light housework, as well as providing companionship.

Home Maintenance & gardening

We can help keep your home environment safe, tidy and well-maintained by assisting with gardening and handyman jobs.

Companionship

If you don’t need the full personal care services of a PCA but would like some company, our support staff can help by taking you to appointments or on outings, doing shopping with/for you, providing you with company at home to play games, read books and magazines, watch TV or a movie, or just chatting over a cuppa.
